Rinspeed sQuba

This isn't any ordinary electric car, it's also a submarine.

Not limited to driving on land alone, this submarine car 'flies' underwater up to a depth of 10 m.

Frank Rinderknect, owner of Rinspeed a Swiss automobile manufacturer, was inspired by the submarine car (picture above) in the James Bond movie the Spy Who Loved Me. He was inspired so much that he ordered his own car company to create a working concept of it.

They came up with this- the Rinspeed sQuba, a $1.5 million electric Lotus Elise submarine car.

The Rinspeed sQuba is one of the world's first submarine cars.
It's also way above my budget.
Certainly arousing curiosity in a new type of aquatic vehicle, the sQuba definitely gets a high rating on my list of the most interesting vehicles.
